About t2 business solutions

Established in 1996, t2 business solutions have grown to become one of the largest business solutions providers in Wales – employing 90 staff and supporting nearly 2,000 employees throughout our client base of over 400 organisations.

2006 was our 10th anniversary, which we celebrated by announcing a record turnover of nearly £4 million.

Our state of the art facilities at our Head Office in St Mellons, Cardiff are easily accessible from the M4, providing a convenient location for our clients from all over Wales.

We aim to increase economic growth and create new jobs in Wales by supporting and helping employers with solutions to all their needs. We also aim to raise the skill levels in the community by developing and supporting community education and training that enables sustainable employment.

We have strong relationships with the newly formed Welsh Assembly Departments of Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills – DELLS and Enterprise, Innovation and Networks – DEIN.

We deliver the largest Work Based Learning contract of any Welsh training organisation and deliver a substantial business support contract to high growth SMEs in South Wales.

We have been an accredited ILM centre since 2002 and are one of the largest providers of ILM accredited courses in Wales. We currently have nearly 500 individuals undertaking ILM Team Leading and Management programmes.

We are also one of the only training providers in the UK actively delivering the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching.

We have been IIP accredited since 1998 and have passed inspections on three occasions since then.
