We have assembled a highly experienced team of business professionals who have all held senior leadership roles in businesses of all sizes. Since leaving the corporate world they have all established their own successful consultancies and work with us on a flexible basis helping businesses achieve their full potential.
Each of the team has the general business management skills you would expect from an individual who has operated at director and senior management level. However, crucially each also possesses specialist skills and key sector experience.
All have been through an extensive recruitment and selection process and have been chosen not only for their knowledge and experience but also their ability to offer practical assistance and support.
Operated at Director level (including Group Engineering Director) in blue chip organisations such as Motorola. Over 20 years experience in the manufacturing,
automotive and engineering sectors.

Interesting Fact: Rode around Australia for 6 months on a motorcycle.
Held several marketing management roles (including European Marketing Manager) in organisations such as SITEL and AND Data solutions. Over 10 years experience in creative industries and high technology sectors.

Interesting Fact: Taught business English to Japanese executives in Tokyo for a year.
Operated at Senior Management level (including Head of Sales) in organisations such as BBC Resources. Over 20 years experience working in the creative industries sector.
Now runs her own marketing consultancy.

Interesting Fact: Her green fingers have won her several 1st prizes in horticultural shows.
Worked as a public relations and marketing consultant for over 15 years. Worked with organisations such as Lloyds TSB & BMI Baby. Extensive experience of the tourism, hospitality and leisure sectors. CIPR Member.

Held several Senior Sales Management roles (including UK Sales Manager) in blue chip organisations such as Reed Elsevier. Has run her own business specialising in sales and
marketing since 2003. IBC Member.

Interesting Fact: A classical guitarist and flautist, also a keen horse rider and skier.
Operated at Director level in blue chip organisations such as Thorn EMI and GEC Marconi. Over 20 years experience in the aerospace, high technology and bioscience sectors. Interim management experience. IBA Member.

Interesting Fact: Worked for NASA on the Apollo 8 space mission.
Operated at Senior Management level (including Head of Manufacturing) in blue chip organisations such as Sony. Over 15 years experience in the manufacturing and high technology sectors. 6 Sigma Champion.

Held several managerial roles, including that of business development manager for BBC Resources and Films at 59. Over 10 years experience in creative industries. 2003
formed her own consultancy to assist SMEs.

Operated as a business advisor, project manager and owner for a variety of craft, creative and tourism business for nearly 20 years. Now runs his own consultancy assisting
SME’s.

Interesting Fact: Wrote a book entitled “Making Clothes in Leather” which was published in 1973.
Operated in Senior Financial roles (including Principal Accountant) in organisations such as Sony and NPT Council. Nearly 20 years experience in the manufacturing sector. Now runs his own accountancy practice.
