Crimewatch Alarms’ Success with Coaching Programme

Leading coaching provider, t2 business solutions, worked with Crimewatch Alarms Ltd. to increase the success of their organisation through a training and coaching programme, aimed at the organisations key challenges.

Crimewatch Alarms Ltd., who were established 22 years ago, offer a complete security service, including CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, telephone exchange systems or access control installations for both domestic and commercial use.

t2 business solutions offers a variety of highly flexible, results focused coaching solutions, which focus on any areas of improvement or challenges organisations and individuals are facing.

Prior to the programme, Crimewatch Alarms’ directors, Judith and Harry Meese, found their way of thinking and leadership style needed attention. Too much focus was put on the detail and Judith and Harry found it difficult to trust others to make the decisions.

As a result of this, the directors were under a lot of stress and due to long working hours and financial commitments they encountered occasions where there was a loss of enthusiasm.

During the programme t2 business solutions focussed on developing leadership skills to give Crimewatch Alarms Ltd. the winning edge. This training programme, which took place over a twelve month period, was followed up by one-on-one coaching to resolve any issues the directors were facing, and develop a knowledge and understanding of the problems and how to solve them.
