Course Overview
This course is designed to enable participants to leave with a sound understanding about the framework and tools for coaching successfully in the organisational environment. All participants will develop a degree of practical coaching skill via numerous opportunities throughout the 2 days to practice the learning – after all, coaching is a highly practical skill.

strength of the mentor/client or coach/client
relationship
- identifying clients’ ‘models of the world’ and
their impact on perception, language and
thinking

and statements to motivate clients

effective behaviour and thinking
