Our classroom training courses are ideal for short, sharp interventions on specific Customer Service areas – such as dealing with difficult customers or essentials of customer service. While Modern Apprenticeships are longer-term solutions typically taking between 12 & 18 months to complete and place an emphasis on proving competence.
