Coaching Toolkit

At the end of the 3 workshops, participants take away a coaching toolkit to aid them in their development as a coach.

The toolkit consists of:

•  A complete toolkit of everything a participant needs to work as an internal corporate & executive coach.  The toolkit is built around key organisational challenges which impact the performance of senior people in the workplace 
• Also included is the toolkit in re-usable hard copy, this is also provided on a data CD
• 3 audio CDs with further supporting information about how coaching works
• 7 DVDs of the programme in action
• A programme workbook in which to record personal learning points during the 3 days
• MBTI profile
