High Impact Coaching Course – next course starts 29th April

High Impact Coaching is our 2-day introductory coaching course.

This course is ideal for you if you are interested in coaching inside your organisation or considering a career as a coach. No prior coaching knowledge is assumed - so it is a great introductory coaching course.

This course is designed to enable participants to leave with a sound understanding about the framework and tools for coaching successfully in the organisational environment. All participants will develop a degree of practical coaching skill via numerous opportunities throughout the 2 days to practice the learning – after all, coaching is a highly practical skill.

This course is delivered by two of the most experienced coaches in the UK who, between them have delivered coaching to over 5,000 individuals and have over 34 years of coaching experience.

The course has received praise from all previous participants and the material is proven and in current use within organisations nationally and internationally.

This course has been externally verified and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Delegates who complete this course have the option of undertaking an extra 4 days training (plus assignment) to gain the ILM Level 7 Coaching Certificate.
