Neil is a founding co-director for CECO Ltd, one of Britain’s foremost coaching organisations devoted exclusively to coaching in the corporate environment.

Prior to founding CECO, Neil held a variety of senior executive positions with 'blue chip' organisations.

Neil’s expertise is based on extensive experience, with over 15 years coaching in many diverse industry and business sectors.

Neil’s energetic and unique style of coaching ensures that each client situation is met with a tailored solution to meet both individual and organisational needs.

Vicki Espin

Vicki is a highly skilled, professional corporate and executive coach with more than 15 years experience of working with UK and multi-national organisations.

Prior to founding CECO, Vicki was Managing Director of the highly acclaimed Domino Consultancy and also worked in senior operational and people development roles in a number of 'blue chip' organisations.

Vicki’s inspirational style of coaching means that she approaches every client relationship with a unique energy that results in the forming of powerful and transformational partnerships which lead to the achievement of extraordinary results.

Vicki is a member of the steering group currently working on the National Occupational Standards for Coaching & Mentoring.
