Health & Social Care NVQ Assessor
t2 business solutions provides a wide range of training, coaching and business support solutions to the public and private sectors. Established in 1996, t2 has grown to become one of the largest business solutions providers in Wales - employing 85 staff and supporting a client base of over 400 organisations.
As part of our plans we need to recruit health and social care assessors to join our established team.
Ideally you will possess the relevant D32/33 or A1 qualification. However, we are flexible and committed to developing non-qualified professionals.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the care environment, working with adults, that you hold a full driving license and are a car owner.
The job entails managing a caseload of NVQ learners. You will be organised, efficient, have excellent communication/people skills and be driven/motivated to succeed.
The starting salary for this role is £18 - £22k plus bonus depending on experience.
