1. Is there any parking at the premises? - back to top

At Melrose Hall we provide free parking for the duration of your event.

   
   

2. What about refreshments? - back to top

You will be provided with unlimited refreshments such as teas, coffees, still water and snacks to help you through the day.

   
   

3. Do I need to bring my own equipment and materials with me? - back to top

We will provide the necessary equipment needed for your event. If there is something specific you need for your event that isn't mentioned on our website then please don't hesitate to contact us and ask.

   
   

4.What if I need a helping hand to make the day run smoothly? - back to top

From the moment you book you will be allocated a personal event co-ordinator who will ensure your event is hassle free.    Lunch, refreshments, room layout and set up will all be taken care of.  The Co-ordinator will also be on hand throughout the day to ensure a successful day.

   
   

5. What if I need the room set up in a particular layout to suit the event taking place? - back to top

At the enquiry stage we will discuss and advise you on the perfect room layout, here at Melrose Hall, for your event. We can even arrange a day and time, before the event, for you to come and view the room when it has been set up.

   
   

6. What if the capacity is above that of the room we would like to hire? - back to top

   
   

7. What if I need a specific type of lunch? - back to top

Our lunch buffets are freshly prepared on the day of the event and we can tailor the menu to match your dietary requirement including, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and low fat options. Just contact us and let us know what you need. For more information, visit our catering section

   
   

8. What if I only need the room for only half a day? - back to top

All the rooms for hire at Melrose Hall are available to hire for both a full and half day. Contact us for availability.

   
   

 9. How do I request dynamic room layout changes or specific materials? - back to top
 
We pride ourselves on our flexibility – if you need changes to the room or the materials to aid the success of the day, just ask.  We are more than happy to help.

   
   

10. I need somewhere to stay? - back to top

We keep a record of hotels in the vicinity and in the City of Cardiff, Many of them have been used by staff and our regular clients and we are constantly reviewing and updating our recommendations.  Just contact us and we will help you find a place to stay – we will even tell you how near it is to Melrose Hall!
