The Learning and Development Modern Apprenticeship is designed to help the individual to develop a climate that promotes learning and discover the skills required to develop training sessions and monitor and evaluate best practice. This qualification is for individuals who are working in a training capacity, with a degree of autonomy in developing, implementing and evaluating training.
