The Using IT Modern Apprenticeship is designed to prove your competence in using IT in your place of work.  It includes aspects of Health and Safety and your ability to create productive working relationships with other members of staff.  This qualification is suitable for anyone using IT in all areas of the working environment from secretarial through to manufacturing.
