t2 have been delivering Modern Apprenticeships and their
predecessors for 10 years. Over this period we have honed our
delivery expertise and experience, and have been rewarded
with year on year growth in the amount of funding we have
been allocated (we are currently the largest Welsh provider in
Wales).
dedicated account management
Each employee undertaking a Modern Apprenticeship with t2
will be assigned a dedicated Personal Development Manager
to assist them as they progress towards gaining their Modern
Apprenticeship. Employees are seen on average once a
month to check progress, answer queries and give support.

Our Modern Apprenticeship team comprises over 50 people.
Each and every one is dedicated to delivering exceptional
value to our clients. We conform to best practice and have
professional, qualified people performing key roles including
Initial Guidance and Internal Verification. Each member of our
team is fully employed by t2 - we do not use the services of
freelancers or sub-contractors.
evaluation
Each employee undertaking a Modern Apprenticeship is asked
to evaluate their training a minimum of 3 times over the course
of their program. We take their opinions very seriously and in
addition to reporting the results back to our clients, we utilise
them in order to continually improve our service.
solutions portfolio
We have one of the largest portfolios of Modern
Apprenticeship routes available and work with a wide variety
of awarding bodies. We also offer a large range of
complimentary training, coaching and business support
solutions for our clients to take advantage of. We are an
accredited Basic Skills provider, an ILM centre and an Investors
in People organisation.
