t2 Expands Executive Training Team

The executive development team at one of the UK’s leading training providers is expanding to reflect the company’s continuing growth.

Ian Bannister and Kevin Derbyshire join t2 business solutions as Director Development Lead Trainers. They join the ten-strong existing Director Development team, and will each be based at three of the company’s offices throughout England.

Ian, from Wiltshire, joins t2 from his previous role as a Regional Business Director working in Central London. His previous roles were centred around the business developments of the construction industry. In his new role at t2, Ian, along with Kevin, will be responsible for developing and delivering training to Senior Managers and Directors nationwide as part of the Director Development Programme.

Ian said: “I’m really enjoying working with t2, and it is rewarding to bring my entrepreneurial organisation experience to assist Directors in the development of themselves and their organisations. t2 has an effective approach to increasing the success of businesses and individuals, and it is great to be a part of. It will be exciting to share my knowledge with Small to Medium Enterprises and hopefully, increase their success.

“t2 is a growing company, with their executive training department focussing on the success of organisations. It is a very motivational sector to be working in during these difficult times.”

Kevin, from Cheshire, brings over 20 years Sales experience to the role. A Sales and Marketing Director for the past 12 years, Kevin’s experience in blue-chip enterprises has given him a thorough insight into evolving organisations.

Kevin said about his appointment: “I am looking forward to working with growing businesses. Training and coaching are exciting sectors to work in, especially with company Leaders and Managers. t2 put a lot of focus on the continuous improvement of all the products they offer and I look forward to being an important part of this process.

“I have lived the leadership strategy for the past 15 years and have a lot of experience with team leading and coaching. It will be very rewarding to pass these skills and knowledge on. I hope that my experience will help t2 explore new avenues with the Director Development programme.”
