eurotech work with t2 to continuously develop staff
EUROTECH have spent the past year working with leading business training and coaching provider, t2 business solutions, to develop their Senior Management team and sales staff.
Simon Leech, Director of Eurotech began this development by undertaking t2’s two day Strategic Advantage programme for business leaders aimed at providing directors with the tools and techniques required to make successful strategic decisions.
Following the success of this programme, Simon contacted t2 to undertake team building workshops and a bespoke sales training programme, which was followed up with one-to-one coaching. The training was tailored to meet the specific objectives of the successful brand building business.
Six months later, Simon decided to recruit t2 again to deliver further sales training to review processes and provide continuous improvement for Eurotech’s employees. Although from a sales background himself, Simon wanted to share latest thinking and best practice with his employees, rather than the skills and techniques he knew and applied.
The sales programme was created to develop Eurotech’s telesales people and provide them with the tools to achieve company sales targets by applying professional telephone selling skills. The follow up training reinforced this new knowledge and the coaching allowed individuals to discover their potential with the newly applied skills.
Simon Leech, Director of Eurotech, said: “We decided to recruit t2 business solutions following on from the great success of the leadership programme I undertook. We were looking to focus on two particular areas of our business, the first being the alignment of the new senior management team to the business objective and next years business plan. The second area was to provide our sales team with a refresher on the skills and techniques required in an ever changing marketplace.”

The Effective Telephone Selling Skills programme was followed by two days team building and alignment days with Eurotech’s Senior Management team. This was rolled out in line with the restructure of their management team and their new business plan for the next 3-5 years.
These workshops ensured the Senior Managers were aligned to the objectives of the new business plan. Two workshops were delivered by t2 in October and followed up recently to help set business and budget objectives for the forthcoming year.
