t2 celebrates learning success with Companies House

t2 business solutions celebrated the success of staff of Companies House, Cardiff, at a training awards ceremony this month to recognise their vocational achievements.

Over 20 staff were presented with certificates following a successful participation in vocational training programmes with local training company, t2 business solutions.

t2 and Companies House have worked together for six years and in that time have successfully taken over 140 staff through a vocational qualification, including Customer Service, Business and Administration, IT and Management Modern Apprenticeships.

Senior Account Manager, Claire Mirbelle, and Internal Training Manager, Andy Martin from t2, were present when Gareth Jones, Chief Executive of Companies House presented the certificates to staff.

During the awards ceremony, the first certificates for Team Leading and Management qualifications were issued to learners. Previously, t2 business solutions have delivered Customer Service and Business and Administration to Companies House staff, with Team Leading and Management qualifications recently being introduced.

Information sessions will be held for all Companies House employees in September to recruit new learners onto the t2 business solutions programmes due to success of previous Modern Apprenticeships.

Rob Marr, Managing Director of t2 business said: “We have worked with Companies House for many years and it is great to be a part of the celebrations every year. We have successfully put a lot of learners from Companies House through qualifications and it is an honour to work with such a prominent organisation and assist with their staff development.”

t2 is one of the largest providers of Vocational Training (Modern Apprenticeships) in Wales, funded by the Welsh Assembly Government Department of Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills.
