Training Provider Celebrates Decade as IIP Accredited
Leading training and coaching provider, t2 business solutions, celebrates a decade as an Investors in People (IIP) accredited organisation, having recently received the prestigious 10 year award from Investors in People.
This award highlights the success of being continuously recognised as an IIP organisation for ten years or more. t2 became accredited for the first time only two years after establishment.
Three-yearly reviews aim to establish the organisations current status against the requirements of IIP, suggest continuous improvement and development areas and identify particular strengths demonstrated.
t2’s strengths lie in the processes and development opportunities available to all employees. The most recent external report from IIP explained that ‘the sense of learning across the organisation was infectious and a culture of coaching and teamwork has been promoted across the company that has developed a loyal and motivated workforce’.
It was noted that ‘there is a true spirit of equality of learning throughout t2; people have ownership of their learning needs and take responsibility for their own learning and that of their teams’.
Equality and development are of high importance to t2 business solutions, and are regularly communicated to staff. Members of staff have also proven to value the management team, with employees having a clear route of career progression and succession planning.
IIP also recognised that ownership, responsibility and decision making are clear in the core values of t2.
