New Quality Co-ordinator appointed to drive training and coaching provider forward

Leading training and coaching provider, t2 business solutions, has appointed a new Group Quality Co-ordinator as the company continues its expansion plans.

Claire Hurley, who spent eleven years at FIRSTPLUS Financial Group PLC, originally as Business Excellence Manager then promoted to Head of Support Services, and also has experience of working within the training industry, has been appointed in the new role. The role will focus on both the quality of services provided to clients nationwide and internal quality policies and procedures.

This will combine with annual self assessment reviews and the implementation of quality development programmes to continuously improve the service t2 provide and comply with Welsh Assembly contractual obligations.

She said: “t2 business solutions are dedicated to constantly improving the service they offer to employers and the learners that undertake training and coaching. My experience in the industry has given me a thorough understanding of the standards of quality required for a successful and ever evolving organisation.”

During Claire’s time at FIRSTPLUS, she led their achievement of the Wales Quality Award and European Quality Award, highlighting her success in the field.

“This role will allow me to focus on the Training Quality Standard, Matrix Standard and various other quality models, which can be extremely beneficial to a growing organisation. I look forward to becoming involved in the current processes, and evolving them to create an even better service to the many organisations t2 currently and potentially work with.”
