Leadership Training Provider Launches Professional Development Programme

Leadership training provider, t2 business solutions, launched an ongoing professional development programme this month, designed specifically for business owners in SME’s.

t2, who developed a high-end leadership training programme early last year, are launching the Business Leaders Academy as a natural progression from this programme to meet the ongoing development needs and challenges of business owners and senior managers.

The flagship programmes consist of monthly workshops focussing on key business topics and one to one problem solving sessions.

t2’s leadership programmes include a 5-day Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership – the highest level ILM qualification available, and a condensed two day programme, Strategic Advantage.

Following the success of these programmes, t2’s directors researched the demand for an ongoing development programme, and created the Business Leaders Academy, which gives candidates the option of completing the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership.
