t2's Director Development Programme Success

t2 business solutions celebrate the success of the first round of Director Development Programmes, which launched in May 2009.

Available throughout England to small to medium sized enterprises, the Director Development Programme has two courses available, structured into five and two day programmes.

The five day programme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) at level 7, which is one of the highest-level qualifications available to managers today. The two day course - Strategic Advantage, is designed specifically to arm Senior Decision Makers with the tools and techniques required to make successful strategic decisions.

On conclusion of the first completed programmes nationwide, candidate feedback has been very positive, scoring 4.5 out of 5 overall for both courses.

Delegates were particularly pleased with the course content, programme relevance and trainer style, all of which scored between 4.5 and 4.8 out of 5. 100 per cent of delegates would also recommend the programmes to a colleague.
