t2 Reports Excellent Feedback Results
Training and development provider, t2 business solutions, has reported 95% positive feedback results from their 2500 vocational training learners in Wales.
t2, who have been delivering vocational training in Wales for 13 years, receive regular feedback from their learners. This enables the 100 employee strong company to regularly evaluate internal policies and procedures.
Reports have shown that in the past 12 months, 95% of returned feedback from Welsh clients was positive, illustrating that learners are happy with the overall service provided by t2 throughout their qualification.
Rob Marr, Managing Director of t2 business solutions said: “t2 is extremely proud of these fantastic feedback results. We endeavour to maintain a high level of service and encourage all learners undertaking a qualification with us to return honest feedback.
“It is great to hear that we are doing such a great job for almost all of our learners, however, if there are ever concerns raised, no matter how small, it is our policy to action and resolve it within two weeks.”
t2 sets internal targets to ensure that 80% of questionnaires are returned to allow a clear picture of results. t2’s aim is to receive at least 85% positive feedback. Trends are analysed and any recurring issues are resolved through training and development requirements.
Any poor feedback received is resolved personally by t2’s Vocational Training Managers. All learners who have concerns with any aspect of the service they are provided are contacted to discuss how these issues could be resolved.
“Our process for dealing with poor feedback allows us to determine any need for internal training or procedure amendments. This is one of the reasons our positive feedback continues to rise. We are determined to provide outstanding customer service to all clients and learners that we work with.” Rob Marr added.
