learndirect celebrates 100,000th learner

Ada Horan, a learner with t2 business solutions has been chosen as one of only 11 learners in the UK to celebrate the 100,000th learner mark with Learndirect. The learners were selected by UFi (University for industry) based on how their personal and academic achievements since embarking on their courses.

Ada felt that her basic maths skills were a problem and as a result decided to undertake a Level One Numeracy qualification to improve this essential skill. Difficult at first, Ada was determined to improve and her dedication helped her to achieve her goal of successfully completing it. Motivated by her success, Ada decided to continue her education with t2 and learndirect into a Level 1 Literacy qualification and is progressing well.

t2 have been working closely with Learndirect for over three years so it was a fitting honour that one of their learners should be involved in marking this milestone for them. Offering courses in everything from IT to Languages, Learndirect has grown significantly over the past 7 years to become one of the best known remote learning providers. t2 have grown with learndirect supporting over 500 learners a year through learndirect courses.

Ada Horan says “I enjoyed learning with t2 on my first course, that’s why I decided to undertake more. I never dreamt I would become such an important milestone for Learndirect. They have helped me achieve the qualifications I needed to progress in life so I’m glad I was able to give something back.
