Hafod Housing Association Creates Lasting Customer Service Impression
Hafod Housing Association is on track to creating a lasting impression with their latest investment of Customer Service training for all customer facing employees.
Welsh company, Hafod Housing Association, has enlisted 50 customer facing employees onto a ‘Creating Exceptional Customer Service’ training course, tailored directly to its needs.
Cardiff based training provider, t2 business solutions, created the Customer Service tailored training course around Hafods requirements, with aims to create a positive image, both face to face and on the telephone, develop effective oral and written communication, and how to live up to and exceed the customers expectations.
Paul Winter of Hafod Housing Association said: “Hafod provides a valuable housing service to South Wales, and it is important that this is accompanied by exceptional Customer Service. We are committed to creating a lasting impression on our customers and therefore we decided to enlist all customer facing employees on a Customer Service training course.”
‘Creating Exceptional Customer Service’, which will be held onsite at Hafods head office, will include discussions and practical activities. At the end of the training session, participants will write a personal action plan, which will enable them to take what they have learnt in training into their working lives.
“The course has been made around the outcomes we would like to achieve. These include dealing with complaints, identifying and understanding a customer expectation, and understanding the skills to project and maintain a professional image. The Customer Service training programme that t2 business solutions have created will have a big impact on the service we provide to our customers.” added Mr. Winter.
