Training Provider Celebrates Tenth Year as IIP Accredited
National training provider maintains investors in people (IIP) accreditation for 10th year running after recent external review.
t2 business solutions recently undertook an external review from IIP in order to remain an accredited company. t2 became accredited for the first time in 1998, only two years after establishment.
Three-yearly reviews aim to establish the organisations current status against the requirements of IIP, suggest continuous improvement and development areas and identify particular strengths demonstrated.
t2’s strengths lie in the processes and development opportunities available to all employees. The external report explained that ‘the sense of learning across the organisation was infectious and a culture of coaching and teamwork has been promoted across the company that has developed a loyal and motivated workforce’.
It was noted that ‘there is a true spirit of equality of learning throughout t2; people have ownership of their learning needs and take responsibility for their own learning and that of their teams’.
Equality and development are of high importance to t2 business solutions, and are regularly highlighted at quarterly staff communication meetings. Members of staff have also proven to value the management team with employees having a clear route of career progression and succession planning.
IIP also recognised that ownership, responsibility and decision making are clear in the core values of t2.
