Awards Ceremony to celebrate NHS workers

Cardiff and Vale NHS celebrate the success of over 90 candidates following their completion of management training programmes with t2 business solutions.

Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust encouraged all candidates to work towards and complete their qualification, and as a result the trust recognised their success by holding an awards ceremony for all employees who have completed their Modern Apprenticeship. All candidates were presented with certificates recognising their achievements in vocational modern apprenticeships.

Modern Apprenticeships are designed to allow individuals to gain the skills needed to become successful managers and leaders of the future. The courses help to ensure the learner has the personal resources to undertake the work role, meet agreed objectives and aid professional development.

Seven candidates received certificates in Management Level 4, 60 in Management Level 3 and 25 in Team Leading Level 2.

Rob Marr, Managing Director of t2 business solutions said: “It is very rewarding when such a high number of candidates from an organisation successfully achieve a qualification. Cardiff and Vale employees committed themselves to the course and, as a result, have a recognised qualification.

“It would be great to see these candidates go onto a higher level modern apprenticeship and continue learning.t2 congratulates all of the achievers and offers all the support they need for future education.”
