t2 launches 2009 training calendar

t2 business solutions has launched open course dates for 2009 this week with five new training courses on its books.

Divided into five professional areas, the 13 open courses run from January to December 2009. All one day training courses are split between the areas of Management; Sales; Customer Service; Personal Effectiveness and Human Resources.

New courses for 2009 include: Introduction to Management; Motivating Yourself and Others; Effective Negotiation Skills; Essential Interview Skills; and Appraisal Skills.

Rob Marr, Managing Director of t2 business solutions said: “All of t2’s one-day open courses are aimed at a variety of professionals. They cover all areas from Managing Stress to Selling by Telephone, and have proved popular and effective over the last two years.

The 2009 calendar covers a wider range of topics than ever before, and all courses link to further learning, enabling delegates advance onto other relevant topics.”

In 2008, t2’s open courses received an overall rating from delegates of 4.6/5, including a score of 4.8/5 in favour of the trainers of the courses.

All courses are conveniently located at t2 business solutions’ head office, Melrose Hall, Cardiff. Melrose Hall is set within peaceful landscaped gardens whilst still only being 5 minutes from Junctions 28 & 30 of the M4 motorway. Delegates receive a freshly prepared buffet lunch and unlimited refreshments throughout the day.

Every t2 course can also be converted into tailored training and delivered at any business’ premises. Tailored courses can be provided to up to 10 delegates at any one time.
