Increase of Demand for Leadership Training during Recession
A recent increase in demand for training has allowed training, coaching and business support provider, t2 business solutions, to employ five new Client Relationship Managers.
t2 has experienced an influx in enquiries over recent months, specifically in England, with companies looking to invest in the training and development of their staff, in particular, Directors and Senior Managers.
This sudden increase in interest is due to the current economic downturn; organisations have expressed the need to improve the skills of their staff in order to be more competitive. Leadership skills have proven crucial during these times, and the ability to effectively improve in all areas of an organisation is the key to success.
To accompany this growth, t2 business solutions have expanded their Client Relationship department by employing an additional five Client Relationship Managers. Kennedy Ward, Louise Griffiths, Shaun McFarlane, Scott McLauchlan, and Justin Howe have all joined t2 in 2009 and specialise in commercial training and business support in England.

The client relationship role is to manage all client relationship activity in England.

This current demand follows a vocational training expansion into England in August last year, since then t2 has appointed ten new Personal Development Managers to deliver the training.
