t2 business solutions and Cardiff and Vale NHS celebrate the success of over 90 candidates following their completion of management training programmes.

All candidates were presented with certificates recognising their achievements in vocational modern apprenticeships. Modern Apprenticeships are designed to allow individuals to gain the skills needed to become successful managers and leaders of the future. The courses help to ensure the learner has the personal resources to undertake the work role, meet agreed objectives and aid professional development.

Seven candidates received certificates in Management Level 4, 60 in Management Level 3 and 25 in Team Leading Level 2.
