Chris Hughes, Training Consultant, said: “All of us at t2 really wanted to do something special to celebrate the success of Cardiff City. Wales has had such a fantastic sporting year so far and Welsh patriotism is so important!”

Lunchtime will see a charity penalty shootout between the staff on the green outside the office. Each goal scored will progress through to the next round until a winner is crowned.

“Our ‘Go Blue for the Bluebirds’ day should be a great day for all employees. Throughout the day activities will be taking place to continue raising money for Ty Hafan. I’ve been told that if I go in goals on the penalty shootout plenty of people will pay to take a shot at me!” Added Mr. Hughes.

Ty Hafan collection boxes have been placed around the office, where teams have been creating individual competitions to keep donating money over the past month. A raffle is also taking place, where t2 employees and the t2 Sports ‘n’ Social club have donated generous prizes.

A charity dress down day has also been organised, with strict stipulations to wear either a Cardiff City shirt, or something blue to show support for the club.

Rob Marr, Managing Director of t2 business solutions said: “Friday’s events should be a great day for the employees and also raise a lot of money for Ty Hafan. We chose to support Ty Hafan to continue the Welsh theme, as they are dedicated to improving the lives of children in Wales.”
