‘Professional Telephone Selling Skills’ was created to raise awareness about selling, teach basic selling skills and advanced selling techniques. The course was tailored and drew on modules from a combination of t2's current courses including ‘Selling by Telephone’, ‘Professional Selling Skills’ and ‘Effective Telephone Techniques’. Aimed at all telesales professionals employed by Vansdirect, the tailored course ensured all aspects were relevant to the participants.
The course resulted in outstanding feedback from the Vansdirect employees. Almost 80% of participants deemed the training as excellent, totalling over 95% rating it as very good.
