Sales Training

Our Sales training solutions are designed to provide both experienced sales professionals and those new to the profession with the skills needed to increase performance and be successful. All solutions are focused on sales areas that will have an immediate and lasting impact on your organisation.

We offer a wide spectrum of sales training solutions including Modern Apprenticeships, scheduled Open Classroom Training Courses, Tailored Closed Classroom Training Courses and fully bespoke Training Development Programmes.

Our range of solutions gives you plenty of choice and options to improve sales performance or solve any sales issues you may be experiencing.

Our classroom training courses are ideal for short, sharp interventions on specific sales areas – such as selling by telephone or successful sales presentations. While Modern Apprenticeships are longer-term solutions typically taking between 12 & 18 months to complete and place an emphasis on proving competence. We can also design tailored sales solutions such as the programme we designed for Vansdirect focused on improving their sales conversion ratio.

We will work incredibly hard to gain a deep understanding and insight into your organisation before we make any sales training recommendations.

We are fully aware that time and money are your most important considerations when investing in sales training.

All our solutions are designed to be as time sensitive and cost effective as possible – from fully funded Sales Modern Apprenticeships to one day sales training course for £950 for up to 12 people (we also run most of our sales training courses as scheduled open courses for £95 per person).

Desired results are always discussed at an early stage and where possible built into the training solution objectives. On longer term training solutions employees are challenged to make significant and quantifiable contributions to the organisation.
