Skillbuild

Skillbuild allows unemployed people of all ages the opportunity to develop their skills in one of our training centres and find work experience with local employers leading to sustainable employment.

t2 has developed a wide range of employment training courses that operate throughout our training centres, which focus on the key skills required by employers.

Throughout the duration of their training, individuals will attend interviews for full and part-time jobs with local employers. Employers are able to take an individual on work experience at first to act a chemistry check before offering full or part-time employment.
