Organisation ownership and individual needs Team session to gain ownership and buy-in. Followed by one-to-one coaching sessions to identify individual needs.
Design Consultation Design of unique programme from tried and tested modules to meet the precise business and individual challenges idnetified during analysis.
Group Sessions Short-day sessions to deliver the knowledge, tools and techniques and provide an opportunity for practice.
Application The time between group sessions for participants to apply their new knowledge, tools and techniques in the workplace.
Reflection One-to-one coaching sessions to provide participants with support and reflection to reinforce the tools and techniques until they become habit.
Evaluation A business evaluation to measure actual outcomes against planned results.
